For Hard reset Tecno W4 use following steps

1. You need to turn off your smartphone with the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the TECNO logo appears

4. After the image of Android Robot appears on the screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power buttons

5. In the menu, go to "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Select "yes" from the menu items and confirm your selection by pressing Power
