For Hard reset Tecno Spark 5 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when you see the Tecno logo.

4. Release the Volume Up button when the image of the Android robot appears.

5. Press Volume Up and Power buttons again.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .

7. Select in the Yes menu and confirm with the Power button.

8. Go to "Reboot System Now. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.
