1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press the Power and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when you see the RCL logo on the screen.

4. To select "wipe data / factory reset" Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu and confirm the selection by pressing the Power button.
