For Hard reset TCL 562 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and simultaneously hold the Volume Up button and the Power button for a few seconds.

3. When the TCL logo appears, release the Power button.

4. Release the Volume Up button when you see the Android robot image.

5. Press the Volume Up buttons and the Power button again to open Recovery Mode.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .
