Before flashing, you need

1. Phone flashing using CWM Recovery
The rich functionality of CWM Recovery www.clockworkmod.com allows you to perform many manipulations with the device, including rolling the firmware. By default, stock Recovery is installed in the devices, which means that first you need to install the ClockWorkMod Recovery utility itself.
The general firmware process described below is for ZIP files. Instructions: - Download the firmware you are interested in and place it on the phone's SD card.
- First, turn off the phone with the Power button.

- Press the buttons: Power + Volume up (or Volume Down) (+Home) simultaneously for 10 seconds.

- Select 'Wipe data / factory reset' from the menu.
- Select 'Yes - delete all user data' from the menu.

- Select 'advanced' and press the Power button.
- Select 'Wipe Dalvik Cache' from the menu.
- Highlight 'Yes - Wipe Dalvik Cache' and press the Power button.
Go back, press 'Go Back'.
- Select 'mounts and storage' and press the Power button.
- Select 'format / system' from the menu.
- Highlight 'Yes - Format' and press the Power button.
Go back, press 'Go Back'.
- Select 'install zip from sdcard' .
- From the menu, choose 'choose zip from sdcard' .
- Highlight 'Yes - Install your firmware name' and press the Power button.
- Next in the menu select 'Reboot system now' .

2. Flashing the phone using TWRP Recovery
For those who prefer working with the utility in the form of TWRP Recovery, the following instructions for the step-by-step installation of the update in the form of a ZIP archive are offered:
- Upload the file with the firmware image to the device's memory.
- Go to TWRP Recovery. In the same way as in CWM.
- Perform a factory reset. When finished cleaning the phone, return to the original menu by pressing the 'Back' key.
- In the main menu, select 'Install' and select the firmware file. Click on it by dragging the slider to the side.
- The phone flashing process will end in 2-3 minutes.

3. Flashing the phone using Fastboot

Where do you get the firmware file? I used one floating all around the internet and directions on XDA developers site and it bricked my phone. The file was for a T810 and I have a T810S. Apparently, it's a Canadian version. I have written to the tech support at TCL, but they're the most horrible in the world. They have string me along for a month now, answering about once a week, and then, asking stupid questions like what country I'm in and what cell provider do I use. Like what does that have to do with a bricked phone? So I have the TCL flashing app, but I need the android 11 firmware for T810S.
Automatic updates updated it to Android 12 and many of my apps would no longer function. That's why I tried to go back to 11.TCL has stopped answering me and they won't provide me a link to the right firmware. Any help, anyone?

	i got the same problem of your that i dont know why TCL dont offer the original firmware for thr T810S or a recovery software
