For Hard reset Tambo TA-1 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. For a few seconds, hold down the Volume Up and Power and Power.

3. When it appears Boot Mode, release all the buttons.

4. Go to "Recovery", using the Volume Up keys and click Volume Down to confirm the selection.

5. When Android Robot appears, press the Volume Up and Power button again.

6. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to make a choice .

7. Select Yes and press the Power button to make a choice.

8. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to make a choice.
