1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. The keys after the T-MOBILE logo appears on the screen, you can release

4. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made
