1. The smartphone must be turned off

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. Release the keys when the Boot Mode menu appears

4. Select the Recovery menu item. The Volume up key is used to navigate the menu, and the Volume down key is used to confirm the selection.
