1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Power button, the Volume Up button for a few seconds.

3. When the Santin logo appears on the screen, release both buttons.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and press the Power button to continue.
