For Hard reset Samsung SPH-i325 Ace use following steps

1. Before Hard Reset (reset to factory settings), turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. The keys after the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen, you can release

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously to open Recovery Mode

5. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Select the line "yes" and press the Power button
