2. Then you need to download and install Samsung USB driver v1.7.43.0 on your computer.
3. On your PC, run Easy Samsung FRP Tool.
4. Connect your Samsung I8190 Galaxy S III mini via a USB cable.
5. Click the Bypass FRP button in the Easy Samsung FRP Tool.
6. Next, look at your Samsung phone display and click View.
