For Hard reset Samsung Galaxy E7 use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously and hold the buttons for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen

4. After pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons, the Recovery Mode menu will open

5. You need to go to the menu line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the choice made

6. Select "yes" and press the Power button
