1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons to open Recovery Mode
