	I have tried to hard reset my Samsung galaxy a20 phone, tried wiping cache even removed SD card but my screen is not working. I am unable to touch screen & continue welcome screen. Does the toolkit allow me to run program on computer without enabling USB debugging or while the the screen is stuck on welcome screen
