For Hard reset Samsung Galaxy A01 use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a short time

3. Release the keys when the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen

4. After pressing the Power and Volume Up buttons, the Recovery Mode menu will open

5. From the menu sections select the item "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Select "yes" and press the Power button

7. Select menu item "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset done

	I do what it says here wipe data/factory reset and reboot system now but the all same information repeatedly appear again and again
