Hard reset Samsung C3312 Duos

For Hard reset Samsung C3312 Duos use following steps

1. Using the Power button - turn off the smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. After the SAMSUNG logo appears on the screen, you can release all the keys

4. Press the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously to open Recovery Mode

5. In the menu, go to the line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the choice made

6. Move the cursor to the "yes" menu item and press the Power button
