For Hard reset RugGear RG725 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Hold down the Power button and the Volume Up button for a few seconds.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset. Use the Volume Up / Down keys to move around the menu and the Power button to select.

5. Select Yes and press the Power button.
