For Hard reset Realme X use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press Volume down and Power and Power simultaneously.

3. Release all buttons when you see the OPPO logo.

4. Select English. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select «Wipe Data and Cache» and press the Power button.

6. Select in the yes menu and press the Power button.

7. Select «reboot» and «ok» and confirm the selection using the power button button.
