1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Down and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. Release both keys when you see the RealMe logo on the screen.

4. Select the desired language using the Volume UP / Down buttons to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select WIPE DATA and press the Power button to confirm the selection.

6. Enter the verification code and click Format Data .
