For Hard reset Realme U1 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Down and Power buttons for a few seconds.

3. When the Realme logo appears, release all keys.

4. Select English by navigating through the menu using the Volume Up / Down buttons and using the Power button to select.

5. Select Wipe data twice.

6. Select OK .

7. Select Reboot .
