For Hard reset Realme 5 Pro use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Down keys and Power for a few seconds.

3. Release all buttons when the OPPO logo appears.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select English and confirm with Power button.

5. Select «Wipe Data» using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to make a choice.

6. Select Yes and confirm with the Power button.

7. Select «reboot», confirm with Power button.
