For Hard reset Realme 5 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume down button within a few seconds.

3. When the OPPO logo appears on the display, release the keeled buttons.

4. Select English.

5. Select «Wipe Data» Use the Volume Up / Down buttons, and press the Power button.

6. Select Yes and click Power.

7. Select Reboot and confirm the reboot by pressing the Power button.
