For Hard reset Posh Volt Max LTE L640 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the keeled buttons when you see the POSH logo.

4. To enter Recovery mode, press and hold the Power button for a couple of seconds.

5. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select from the menu "wipe data / factory reset" and press the Power button to confirm.

6. Select Yes and confirm using the Power button.

7. Select "Reboot System Now" and confirm using the Power button.
