1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

4. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to select the menu item "wipe data / factory reset", and press the Power button to confirm.

5. Select Yes and confirm the operation using the Power button.

6. Select "Reboot System Now" and confirm the operation using the Power button.
