For Hard reset Poptel P60 use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press the Power button and the Volume Up button for a few seconds.

3. Release both buttons when you see the Poptel logo on the screen.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to go through the menu items and confirm the selection using the Power button .

5. Select Yes and confirm the selection using the Power button.
