For Hard reset Plum Pilot Plus use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. When the Boot Mode menu appears on the phone screen, you can release the keys

4. Move the cursor to the Recovery menu item. The Volume up key is used to navigate the menu, and the Volume down key is used to confirm the selection.
