For Hard reset Oukitel WP2 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons for a few seconds

3. After waiting for the Boot Mode menu to appear, you can release the keys

4. In the menu, go to the line Recovery. The Volume up key can be used to navigate and the Volume Down key to confirm the selection

5. After the Android Robot logo appears on the smartphone screen, simultaneously press the Volume Up and Power keys

6. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

7. Select "yes" from the menu items and confirm your selection by pressing Power

8. Select a line from the menu "reboot system now"
