For Hard reset Orange Rono use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Power and Volume UP button for a few seconds.

3. When the Orange logo appears, release the retaining buttons.

4. Use the Volume Down button to select the menu item "wipe data / factory reset", and then press the Power button to confirm.

5. Select from the «Yes - Delete all user data» from the menu. Use the Volume Down button to scroll and the Power button to select.

6. Select from the menu "Reboot System Now", and then press the Power button to confirm.
