Please wait a few seconds.
Click on the Clock icon and you will be redirected to the Welcome to Chrome screen.
Click the 'Accept & Continue' button.
Now, you need to turn off the 'Data Saving is on' option.
Click 'Next' -> 'No thanks'.
Now, you have full access to using the Google Chrome browser on your phone.

	Overall, I find the laptop to be adequate for basic tasks such as office programs, watching movies, and browsing the internet. The screen quality is decent for everyday use. However, the limited CPU resources may pose limitations for gaming. The hard drive size is sufficient for storing files, but additional RAM would be beneficial. There are enough USB ports for most users' needs.
