Clicking on the Clock icon will take you to the Welcome to Chrome screen.
Click the 'Accept & Continue' button.
Now, you need to turn off the 'Data Saving is on' option.
Click 'Next' -> 'No thanks'.

	I find the CPU resources to be adequate for everyday tasks. Gaming may be limited due to lack of discrete graphics. The 512 GB SSD is sufficient for storing files. The 8 GB RAM is enough for most tasks, but more would be nice. There are enough USB ports for basic use. The screen quality is decent for office programs, movie watching, and YouTube.
