For Hard reset Oppo Realme 3i use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the OPPO logo appears on the screen

4. Choose English

5. You must select the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key to confirm the selection

6. Select "yes" and press the Power button
