1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press the 2 buttons Volume up and Power at the same time for a few seconds

3. When the OPPO logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. Choose English

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menus, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection
