For Hard reset Oppo F9 (F9 Pro) use following steps

1. Press the Power button and turn off your smartphone

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the OPPO logo appears on the screen, you can release all keys

4. Choose English

5. You are interested in the "wipe data / factory reset" item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. In the menu, go to "yes" and press the Power button
