Select the 'Accept & Continue' button.
You need to turn off the 'Data Saving is on' option.
Click 'Next' -> 'No thanks'.
Now, you have full access to use the Google Chrome browser on your Oppo device.

	Overall, I find the laptop to be efficient for multitasking, but not ideal for gaming due to lack of discrete graphics. The storage capacity is sufficient for files, but additional RAM would be beneficial. There are enough USB ports for connectivity, and the Full HD display offers clear picture quality.
