Now, wait for a few seconds.
Click on the Clock icon and you will be redirected to the Welcome to Chrome screen.
Select the 'Accept & Continue' button.
After that, you need to turn off the 'Data Saving is on' option.
Click in turn 'Next' -> 'No thanks'.
Now, you have full access to using the Google Chrome browser on your phone.

	I find the CPU resources to be sufficient for everyday tasks. The hard drive is enough for storing files, but more RAM would be nice. There are enough USB ports for my needs. The picture quality on the screen is good for office programs, movies, and YouTube, but gaming may be limited.
