You need to connect to the internet via WI-FI.

Then the Google page appears on the phone screen.

Click on the Blue button, and then click on the three-dots icon in the upper left corner.
Now, select the 2nd option and click on the search bar.
Now, Long press and hold the globe icon on your keyboard.
Now, select 'qwerty' from the keyboard option.
The keyboard language will change to English.
Type 'Get Started' in the search bar.
Click on the Get Started with Voice Access.
A YouTube video will appear on the screen, click the Play icon.
Please wait a few seconds.
After clicking on the Clock icon, you will be redirected to the Welcome to Chrome screen.
Select the 'Accept & Continue' button.
You need to disable the 'Data Saving is on' option.
Click 'Next' -> 'No thanks'.

	I find the CPU resources to be sufficient for my daily tasks, including playing games on the laptop. The 512 GB hard drive provides ample storage space. The 16 GB of RAM is adequate, but adding more would be nice. There are enough USB ports for my needs. The picture quality on the screen is excellent for watching movies and YouTube.
