For Hard reset Oppo A31 use following steps

1. To perform the Hard Reset procedure (reset to factory settings), you must turn off the power of the smartphone

2. Pressing the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds

3. Release the keys when the OPPO logo appears on the screen

4. Choose English

5. Select the "wipe data / factory reset" menu item, the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the selection

6. Select "yes" and press the Power button

7. Go to item "reboot system now"

8. Hard reset done

	I tried several times to hard reset my phone after I forget my PIN on oppo a31 but it's required my forgotten PIN to get it through even after I choose Wipe Data on Engineering Mode. Please help me get through this obstacle.
