For Hard reset OnePlus One use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Simultaneously press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button button within a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the phone is curb, and release the Volume down button when Recovery mode appears .

4. To select "wipe data / factory reset", use the Volume Down button to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm.

5. Select «Yes - Delete All User Data». Use the Volume Down button to scroll and the Power button to select.

6. Select "Reboot System Now" and press the Power button to confirm.
