For Hard reset OnePlus 3T use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the held buttons when you see the OnePlus icon.

4. Choose your language.

5. Select Wipe data and cache .

6. Then you need to click on Erase everything and confirm it.

7. Select Reboot .
