For Hard reset OnePlus 2 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button at the same time for a few seconds.

3. Release the Power button when the OnePlus logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Down button when Recovery Mode appears.

5. Select a language from the list using the Volume Up / Down keys to navigate and the Power key to confirm your choice.

6. Select « Wipe data and cache ».

Yes - delete all user data OnePlus 2

7. Press « Wipe data and cache » again and confirm with Yes .
