For Hard reset Nubia Z17 miniS use following steps

1. Turn off the phone using the Power button.

2. Press the Volume Up and Power button simultaneously for a few seconds.

3. Release all keys when it appears Recovery mode.

4. Select WIPE DATA AND WIPE ALL Applications. Use the Volume Up / Down buttons to navigate the menu and the Power button to confirm the selection.

5. Select OK and confirm using the Power button.

6. Press OK and go back to the main menu.

7. Select Reboot and confirm using the Power button.
