For Hard reset Multilaser MS50G use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. For a few seconds, press the Volume Up and Power button.

3. Release the Power button when the Multilaser logo appears.

4. Release the Volume Up button when it appears Recovery mode.

5. Using the Volume Up / Down buttons, select "wipe data / factory reset" and press the Power button.
