For Hard reset Motorola One Fusion Plus use following steps

1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. At the same time, press the Volume Down buttons and the Power button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when FastBoot Mode appears, using the Volume Up / Down buttons, select Recovery Mode and press the Power button for input.

4. When the Android robot image appears, press the Volume Up buttons and the Power button for 2 seconds.

5. Select "wipe data / factory reset" Use the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirm the Power button.

6. Select Factory Data Reset and confirm the selection by the Power button.
