Motorola DROID Turbo Overview
The Motorola DROID Turbo is a powerful smartphone that was released in October 2014. It runs on the Android 4.4.4 (KitKat) operating system, which is upgradable to 6.0 (Marshmallow). The phone is powered by a Quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 processor and Qualcomm APQ8084 Snapdragon 805 chipset, along with Adreno 420 GPU. It comes with 32/64 GB of internal memory and 3 GB of RAM, but unfortunately does not have external memory expansion capabilities.
The DROID Turbo features a Super AMOLED display with a size of 5.2 inches and a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The screen-to-body ratio is 70.9% with a pixel density of 565 PPI. The phone also includes Moto Display for convenient notifications.
In terms of connectivity, the DROID Turbo supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS, and microUSB 2.0. The main camera is 21 MP with features such as dual-LED flash, panorama, and HDR, capable of shooting 2160p videos. The selfie camera is 2 MP and can record 1080p videos.
