For Hard reset Microsoft Lumia 950 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press and briefly hold the Volume Down and Power buttons.

3. As soon as the exclamation mark appears on the screen, release the held buttons.

4. Press the button in the following sequence: Volume Up -> Volume Down -> Power -> Volume Down .
