1. Turn off your phone.
2. Insert the SIM card into the phone and turn on the phone.
3. Skip the initial phone activation screen.
4. Call your smartphone.
5. Accept the call and save the new contact to the phone book.
6. Enter the code *#*#4636#*#* into your phone's dialer.
7. In the menu that opens, press the Back button to go to the phone settings.
8. Go to phone settings Recovery and Reset --> Backup and Restore.
9. Disable data backup and perform a factory reset.
