For Hard reset Meizu M15 use following steps

1. Turn off your smartphone using the power button

2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time for a few seconds (up to 20)

3. When the MEIZU logo appears on the screen, the keys can be released

4. You need to go to the menu line "wipe data / factory reset", the Volume Up / Down keys are used to navigate the menu, and the Power key is used to confirm the choice made

5. Go to the "yes" menu item and confirm your selection by pressing the Power button
