1. First, turn off your phone.
2. Insert the SIM card into the phone and turn it on.
3. Skip the starting menu for device activation.
4. Now, make a call to this phone.
5. Answer the call and save the new contact to the phone book.
6. In the dialer, enter the command *#*#4636#*#*.
7. Press the Back button to go to your phone settings.
8. Open the menu Recovery and Reset --> Backup and Restore in the phone settings.
9. Disable data backup and perform a factory reset.
