For Hard reset Meitu T9 use following steps

1. Turn off your phone using the Power button

2. Press the Volume Up and Power keys together for a few seconds.

3. When the MEITU logo appears, release all keys.

4. When the Android Robot image appears, press the Volume Up and Power buttons.

5. Select " wipe data / factory reset " using the Volume Up / Down buttons and confirm with the Power button.
