1. Use the Power button to turn off the phone.

2. Press the Volume Up button along with the Power button for a few seconds.

3. Release the buttons when you see the MAXVI logo on the screen.

4. Select "wipe data / factory reset" using the Volume Up / Down keys to go through the menu items and the Power button to confirm the selection .
